The last six years, I studied pre-university education at the Jacob-Roelandslyceum in Boxtel. I followed the course “Culture” which was about all kind of art forms like graphic arts, theater, dance and literature. During the last module, I totally focused on design. I made a chair of thick cardboard plates which sides were all painted. This was the first time I totally experienced a design process. During this course I was always searching for the edge of the assignment.

By following this course, I already had some experience with idea generation and I had some form giving skills. I have always been very interested in art, design and architecture, and since I have known exhibitions like the Dutch Design Week I think they are really inspiring.
